The Iowa Fire Chiefs Association, Inc. has a $100.00 Stipends Program for attendees of the National Fire Academy, in Emmetsburg, Maryland. Click here for The National Fire Academy VIP Program for more info.

CRITERIA:
Any Iowa Firefighter is eligible for this $100.00 stipend. It is on a first-come-first-serve basis. You must attend the NFA course first, provide proof of attendance, and submit a letter of request to the Iowa Fire Chiefs Association for consideration. Selection of recipients is based on the following:

1) Chief Officers who are members of the IFCA have 1st preference;
2) Chief Officers who are not members of the IFCA;
3) Any Iowa Firefighter
4) Must be a member of a fire department in the State of Iowa
